Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers features micropower consumption, zero drift, rail to rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage, and low input bias current. STMicroelectronics offers a micropower op amp portfolio with consumption as low as 2µA, standard and high-performance op amps, and space-saving packages, such as DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. These devices also provide guaranteed specified minimum/maximum electrical performances. Ideal applications include sensor signal conditioning, battery-operated devices, medical instrumentation, power, AFE for high voltage sensors, computers, and tablets.

TSV63x Op Amps

The STMicroelectronics TSV63x dual and quad operational amplifier (op-amp) series offers low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. These op-amps offer excellent speed/power consumption ratio, providing an 880 kHz gain-bandwidth product while consuming only 60µA at 5V supply voltage. The TSV633 and TSV635 also feature an ultra-low input bias current and shutdown mode.
